How many design tasks can I have active at once?

Once you have an active subscription, there will be no limitations on your design wishes. All tasks are delivered one by one. We strive to deliver high-quality work, and focusing on one design project at a time allows us to maintain the high quality of our work.

How do I request designs?

A Trello board will be created for you, where you can add as many design requests as you want. Don't worry, we'll make sure you get a detailed tour of how to use the Trello board.

How quickly will I receive my design?

On average, we deliver within 3 working days. Never more than a week.

What if I am unhappy with the result?
